Pick a tool and draw on the frame to cut out a moveable overlay. Lasso: hold and drag a loop, then release. Poly: click to place points, then double-click to finish.

Select an overlay, click Magic Erase, then click a patch of background colour to clear the connected area. Raise Tol to grab more of similar shades.
